The Challenge

This disaster relief management company started operations began in 2011 when pitmasters in Missouri came together after a tornado to feed families and first responders. What started as a grassroots act of service has grown into a nonprofit that has delivered over 11 million meals across the U.S. and internationally

Initially, the company's digital presence was limited to a static website with minimal functionality—sufficient for visibility but not equipped to mobilize large-scale relief.

Critical Barriers

Minimal infrastructure: Static site with no interactive tools or real-time coordination

Field limitations: Volunteers in disaster zones needed mobile access

Volunteer management: No structured onboarding, background checks, or deployment system

Admin overload: No single source of truth for people, events, or meal logistics

Donation blind spots: Contributions difficult to track or report transparently

What We Delivered

Collatzinc partnered with the disaster relief company to transform their foundation into a mission-critical ecosystem. Through a modern website, mobile-first volunteer apps and an integrated admin platform, we enabled them to scale operations, respond faster and work with complete transparency.
